Your web site may contain adult material of any nature, but any models appearing
in such pictures must be at least 18 years of age. SexyHost will co-operate
with authorities in the event an illegal image is found on your web site.
Use your site for your web site only. SexyHost sells you web space
under the understanding that you will be running one adult site on it.
Running multiple sites, or having any sort of illegal files available for download
on your site is not acceptable.
Use a good entry page. Make sure you make it clear to people entering
your site that they have to be at least 18 years of age to enter.
It is not acceptable to let people right in your site without a warning first.
Auto-code such as Java code that opens more than one new window must
not be used on your web site. It's unprofessional, and your visitors won't
enjoy having to close windows faster than they open.
File Sizes must be kept small (150KB or less). If you have large files available
for download, this will use up your traffic allowance quickly, and will result in
additional charges ($0.015 per MB above allotted amount). Try giving a preview
of the file, or breaking it into smaller files.
Copyrighted material can only be used on your site if you hold a distribution
licence for it, or you own the copyright. Otherwise, don't use someone else's
work on your web site. Copyrighted material will be removed from your site
without warning in the event of a valid complaint. This is strictly enforced.
Promoting Your Site:
We encourage you to promote your site however you can, but there are a few things to
remember. SexyHost will not allow unsolicited commercial e-mail (spam) to be
sent through our servers. If you must send this kind of e-mail, we recommmend
you download and install your own e-mail server from a site like
www.tucows.com and use it to distribute your mail. Not only is it faster,
but it's impossible to get locked out from your own mail server.
Search engines are getting pickier about how they accept submissions.
Don't submit too many times to a search engine, or they will lock your site out
of their system. In the event SexyHost's domain name is locked out of any
search engine, we will deactivate the offending site, and attempt to rectify the
situation.
E-commerce and Adult Sites:
Be ethical with your e-commerce capabilities. If someone requests you
discontinue their membership, please do so immediately. If SexyHost receives
complaints about an unethical merchant, SexyHost will refund money to their customers
and deactivate their site. We must take this severe action to avoid fraud charges
for the web master.
Indemnification and Limitation of Liability:
In the event of legal action arising from the negligence of a web master, or for any
other reason, you agree to not hold SexyHost responsible.
SexyHost will not be liable to a web master or any other party for any reason,
resulting from down-time, or an unavailable site.
